By accessing or using DNARoster, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

DNARoster is an independent, AI-powered sports intelligence platform. Roster simulations, matchup analyses, championship-DNA scores, and predictions are AI-generated for informational and entertainment purposes only - they are not sports betting advice, and DNARoster is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NHL, NHL clubs, or the NHLPA.

Some features (unlimited simulations/analyses, voting in the fan prediction poll, liking simulations/matchups/team projections) require signing in with Google. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, and for keeping your Google account secure.

DNARoster offers free and paid ("Pro") tiers. Free tiers include a limited number of AI-generated simulations and matchup analyses; Pro removes those limits for a recurring subscription fee. We may change tier limits, features, or pricing going forward - we'll give notice of material changes to paid plans before they take effect.

• Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, usage caps, or authentication
• Don't scrape, mirror, or systematically extract site content or AI-generated analysis for republishing elsewhere
• Don't use the service to generate content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes others' rights
• Don't interfere with the platform's normal operation (e.g. automated abuse of AI-generation endpoints)

Simulations and matchup analyses you generate, picks you cast in the fan prediction poll, and likes you give to simulations, matchups, or team projections may be shown to other visitors (e.g. aggregate poll results, like counts, the site-wide War Room activity feed) without personally identifying you beyond what's already visible on your account.

Championship DNA scores, projections, matchup predictions, and written analysis are generated by AI models and grounded in real statistics where noted, but are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or predictive of real outcomes. Don't rely on them for wagering or financial decisions.

NHL team names, logos, trademarks, and player photos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification/informational purposes only. DNARoster's own branding, scoring methodology, and generated analysis text are owned by DNARoster.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using DNARoster and request account deletion at any time.

DNARoster is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DNARoster isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms as DNARoster changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
